Tim Boyd moved to Oklahoma from The Bay Area of Northern California. He studied business management at Mendocino College while pursuing his career in the fast paced food industry. Moving to an area with over 400 restaurants, Tim found his calling. This is where his passion for food safety and spreading the knowledge of food safety to people all around the world took shape. With encouragement from friends and the support of his loving wife Melissa, he now travels nationally and internationally to spread the wealth of knowledge he has acquired through many hours of training and hands on experience. He has worked high level management positions such as, Restaurant Manager and District Manager in multi-million dollar corporations, owned his own restaurant, and has been a food safety auditor for Walgreens.
