About Cocina Verify™

After traveling to Latin America seven times in 2015 and getting sick on five of those trips, the founder of Cocina Verify™ figured there must be a better way to know which restaurants to patronize and which restaurants to avoid. Cocina Verify™ was created to provide tourists and business travelers with One Standard of Food Safety for restaurants located outside of the United States, Canada, Western Europe, and Australia. These restaurants are concerned about food safety and have also voluntarily chosen to have all their employees trained and restaurants inspected based upon U.S. standards.

While there are several companies that conduct audit and inspection programs for large resort chains, there is nothing like Cocina Verify in the marketplace.
