The restaurant was created from a concern of chef Marco Leiva to transmit all the experiences he has had throughout his career and his process of quality control with suppliers to obtain the raw ingredients within the standards that the restaurant requires. Freshness is what Furca wants to convey to the customer through the different dishes that it offers.

Furca was founded by several partners, some belonging to a family-owned construction company and some belonging to the restaurant industry. Both sides, including the head chef, strive to provide the highest level of dining experience available. This is Furca today.
