Vegetarian options on the menu
BRULEE restaurant is a family business that was started in early 2012. It's located in a fantastic, old house in the San Lucas neighborhood of Medellín. The restaurant was created by Chefs Diego Aveiro and Carolina Arango. The couple met while honing their craft in Diego's native Argentina. Diego spent seven years working at the famous Alvear Palace Hotel in Argentina and is also an accomplished culinary instructor. Carolina was orignally an administrative engineer and then shifted her studies to become a pastry chef.
Brulee offers unique international cuisine, combining classic touches with some avant-garde techniques. All of the dishes and desserts on the menu stand out for having their own personality. The finest local and imported ingredients are used. They take tremendous care in every detail to satisfy the most demanding palates.
